Job Overview:  We are actively seeking candidates for clerical roles, primarily dealing with customer service via phone, chat, and email. Though experience in online or phone-based hospitality or patient care is advantageous, we're open to newcomers in this field as well.

Job/Work Hour Requirements:
 

  • Candidates must be Arkansas residents with a valid Arkansas Photo ID

  • Our working hours are from 8:00AM to 5:30PM CST, seven days a week. Hence, weekend availability is crucial. Candidates are required to commit to a full work shift each day.

  • Typing proficiency with a minimum speed of 60 WPM is necessary.
     

Compensation: Our highly skilled team members receive a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20. Those who demonstrate exceptional performance may be eligible for a managerial role on a salary basis, which comes with certain benefits. Kindly note that we don't currently offer benefits to our hourly-paid staff.
 

Remote Work Criteria: To work remotely effectively, candidates must be tech-savvy, capable of swift communication, and able to work independently. Applicants are required to ensure a quiet, distraction-free home workspace, complete with a setup that includes a computer desk and chair. A reliable home high-speed internet connection, alongside a backup Wi-Fi connection via a mobile device, is a must.

Position Overview: The Remote Clinical Sales Expert will play a crucial role in driving our business' growth and secure its financial strength and operational efficiency. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, setting appointments, collecting payments, and upselling additional services. This position offers the convenience of working remotely while connecting with clients to provide the best healthcare solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients in a professional and timely manner.

  • Schedule appointments with prospective clients to discuss our healthcare services.

  • Collect payments from customers accurately and efficiently.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services by understanding the clients' needs.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and foster client relationships.

  • Manage sales pipelines and maintain up-to-date records of calls, sales, and client details in our CRM.

  • Participate in team meetings, sales training, and professional development opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline (i.e. RN, BSN, PA, NP) preferred

  • 5+ years of work experience in a clinical setting dealing with patients directly

  • 5+ years work experience in a sales

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to upsell services and close deals.

  • Comfortable with making outbound calls and dealing with client objections.

  • Can type 60+ wpm accurately, tech-savvy, and familiar with CRM systems.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Possess a quiet, dedicated home office space suitable for remote work.
     

Compensation:
Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
