Qualifying Conditions in Arkansas for Medical Marijuana
According to the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016, the following medical conditions are qualifying conditions that can be certified by a medical marijuana doctor so that you can apply and get approved for a medical marijuana card.
There are a number of amendments to the law that have been proposed that would expand the number of qualifying conditions. As more qualifying conditions are approved by the Arkansas Department of Health, we will update this list.
